TERMS OF SALE

Ordering
You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. Carla Dazarola reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payment(s) made for such order.

Changes
It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact carla dazarola at carladazarola@gmail.com within 24 hours placing the order.

Color Matching
You acknowledge and understand that colors may vary slightly in person than from your computer or mobile screen. We are not responsible for this common color variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colors on the final product.
Payment
Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge or other failure to submit pre-payment, Carla Dazarola shall have the right to cancel the order or, if already shipped, to seek payment and hold customer responsible for any and all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, as well as to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from Nevada locations. All others submitted from other State, Sales and Use Tax should be paid by the Consumer, where required by law.

All information submitted by you in connection with any order is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Customs

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges from Carla Dazarola to customer include packaging, handling and insurance. Customer is liable for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address details given by Customer on order. Customers are liable for any shipping cost associated with replacements of damaged artwork/merchandise caused by customer or caused by third party contracted by customer.
Changes to shipping address supplied must be given in writing by the customer by submitting request to carladazarola@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Changes must be confirmed by Carla Dazarola.

Custom and duties
Customs are subject to regulations and laws of individual countries. All international customers are responsible for all international fees, customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees for all packages shipped to their country. Orders cannot be canceled, refused or returned because of custom duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the order if the shipment is returned back to Carla Dazarola due to custom issues.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the type of product and destination. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Shipments within USA:

For items available on the shop the shipping is done in 2 -7 business days after payment has been received.

Jewelry Custom or personalized orders will take between 1 to 2 weeks, to be shipped.

Prints Art allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

International shipments
Delivery time depends on the type of product and destination.
Note: we may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

Damages to shipment
If the package shows sign of damage it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery and ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged due to delivery. Please keep the original packaging, including the box or crate and Contact us at carladazarola@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to file the Claim. Submit in writing a copy of order receipt, the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review.

Returns – Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are not available for custom made items unless a defect in materials or manufacturing has been noticed within 30 days of receipt. Contact carladazarola@gmail.com to initiate the return and replacement of the product.

Art
Any custom orders are final sales, Special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Jewelry: Jewelry can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Contact carladazarola@gmail.com prior Jewelry return. Jewelry purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. No refund will be issued on returned jewelry.
